I found the room to be spacious, perfect for a family. The location allowed for easy access to the subway and multiple restaurants. Staff promptly returned forgotten items and provided convenient options for their return. I extend my sincere gratitude.

The hotel charged me more than the listed price. This discrepancy affected my payment and the hotel rejected my card, requesting an update despite its recent use. I had to resolve this unexpectedly while on my way to the plane.

the breakfast was nice and included a large selection. the staff helped me with directions and recommendations. i was happy with the central location near attractions.

the air conditioner made a loud noise during the night. i had to turn it off, so the room was too hot.

I found the staff helpful. The breakfast was nice, it offered a decent variety. The location is good. It was easy to reach many attractions.

The air conditioner was not regulated. The room was too hot during the night. I had to contact the reception, however, the issue was not resolved. There was a noticeable fungus on the shower head.
